One of the first things I bought here in Minneapolis was Falksalt. Falksalt is flake salt and you can use it in so many different dishes. I use it in food, as topping and also in chocolate pastries. Salt and dark chocolate goes very well together and I am going to do chocolate covered strawberries with a flake salt touch. I was so happy when I saw it at the
American Swedish Institute museum shop (www.shopswedish.com) and I have used it almost every day since my arrival.
